24 Hour Production Time

We produce most of our products in only 24 hours (1 business day). The following shows what is required to meet this time frame and when your goods will ready.

Day 0: If your order is placed prior to 2pm, and the artwork proof signed off prior to 6:00pm Sydney time (AEST), it will enter production that night.

Day 1: Order enters production and is completed by 2pm and ready for dispatch or pickup

The day your artwork proof is approved is not the day your job enters production, the day after artwork proof sign off is the first day of production.

For example: If you place an order with us on a Monday and sign off your artwork proof anytime before 6:00pm Sydney time (AEST) on Monday, your job will enter production the following morning (Tuesday), which is day 1 of production, and will then be completed at 2pm on Tuesday.

It is crucial that your artwork proof is signed off by 6:00pm Sydney time (AEST). If your artwork is signed off after this time, it will be considered to be approved the next working day as our production cycle begins at 6pm sharp.

We also have an order value or quantity limit for all of our items to achieve the 24 hours production time. Larger orders are always welcomed but they may need some extra days for us to produce them.
