Why don’t we offer further discounts to resellers?

For our resellers we offer non branded products & packaging so your clients don’t know where the signage came from. We are in an industry that sells mostly generic products like Vinyl Banners, Plastic & Metal Signs, Stickers, Business Cards etc… so your customers can already compare your price to 1000’s of other companies. The alternative of buying from one of those supposed “trade only” suppliers who charge a higher price and produces the order slower than us, makes no difference to the final result for your customer - it just means that you make less money and risk losing the customer due to their slow turn around and high price.

How reliable are our super fast production times?

We have fixed production lead times which can be found at the top of each product page just under the heading. These production lead times have been accurately calculated to be the fastest time we can manufacture your order. Check our times against your current supplier - we are confident we have the fastest production times on any products manufactured in our factory. In the past 12 months we achieved a greater than 98% on-time despatch rate (we believe this is easily the best in the industry) and are working hard to push this closer to 100%.

As you know, communication is key, that is where our systems and our customer happiness team excel. If on the rare occasion we have an unexpected break down and risk jobs being manufactured late, we will call and discuss this with you to see how important your deadline is. If it is critical we will do our best to swap your job to another printing method or supply a different product in the meantime to help out, we take our turn around times very seriously.

We believe that it is essential to provide accurate information to all of our customers, but in particular to our re-sellers so you can make sure that your customer knows what to expect. We will communicate with you by email every step of the process from receipt of your order to artwork proof approval, right through to despatch of your order.
