Our Label Rolls are the easiest way to apply labels to your products and are a very popular finishing option. If you are applying the Labels by machine, you are able to customise the roll so that it suits your machine requirements; you can specify the winding type, leading edge, roll size, restrict the size of the outside diameter, and even the gap between labels on the roll!
If you are applying the Labels by hand we’ve taken out those complicated options and made it easy to order. Simply select your material, lamination, and size to get a quote instantly!

To calculate a price, simply enter the maximum width and height of your shape in the instant pricing calculator above and select “Custom Contour” in the Cutting dropdown. When creating the artwork, we ask that it is set up with a vectored cutline as per our artwork specifications.

The walls of the Label core are 3mm thick.
We will determine the number of rolls that you will receive based on best yield to ensure you receive the best pricing. As such, you are not able to select the number of rolls that you will receive. The pricing calculator will let you know how many rolls will be received based on the individual label quantity and size entered, and will also take into account any maximum diameters that you have selected.
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate multiple designs on a roll due to restrictions in our manufacturing process. If you are ordering multiple designs they will be supplied on separate rolls.
At this time we only offer a 76mm core diameter.
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
