Our Bollard Signs are a great, low cost way to advertise your products and cover up unsightly bollards at the same time! They are digitally printed in full colour on all sides and come complete with tabs cut into them which hold the Bollard Sign together.

What diameter bollards will fit the Bollard Signs?
The largest bollard or base plate that would fit inside the Bollard Signs are:
- 3 Sided Bollard with 270mm W sides: 156mm diameter bollard
- 3 Sided Bollard with 300mm W sides: 173mm diameter bollard
- 4 Sided Bollard with 155mm W sides: 155mm diameter bollard

How are the Bollard Signs held together?
We cut tabs and slots into each side of the Bollard Signs so you can easily join the sides together in seconds.
Can I use the cardboard Bollard Signs in outdoor settings?
We recommend the cardboard Bollard Signs to be used indoors as they are not waterproof however they can be used outside in areas where they will not be exposed to water. If you need a waterproof Bollard Sign, we recommend choosing the Signflute™ material instead.
How long do the bollard signs last?
Bollards made from our Signflute™ material will depend on UV Exposure. If they are always outdoors in direct sunlight you can expect around 1 year, if they are not exposed to direct UV they can last for years!

Our cardboard Bollards are designed for indoor use and if used correctly, will not deteriorate unless they get moisture damage or are subjected to unreasonable wear and tear.
I have multiple designs, are there extra setup fees?
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.

All Cardboard and Signflute™ waste that is created throughout the printing process at Easy Signs is recycled, and the ink cartridges use cardboard Eco-Cartons rather than the traditional plastic cartridges which reduces plastic by 80% and CO₂e by 66% in ink production and transportation. Plus, this makes the cartridges recyclable too, further reducing waste!

We also utilise the HP Recycling Program where all of our HP Latex printhead consumables are recycled with HP and used to make new printer components.

Easy Signs has installed the first HP Latex R2000 flatbed printer in the Southern Hemisphere.

The R2000 flatbed printer is a 6 colour flatbed printer which provides more vibrant colours and sharper print quality than conventional flatbed printers. Using the latest Latex printing process with water based inks, it provides glossier prints with greater scratch resistance and no UV smell!

This product has been chosen to be printed on this new technology printer - and we are sure you will love the high quality product we supply.

Dual Head Cutting and Creasing

Our Zund Dual Head digital flatbed cutters cut and crease our Bollard Signs and Stackable Cubes to precision, ensuring that your signs are produced to the exact size required. Its speed and accuracy allow us to make certain the interlocking tabs are flawlessly cut and your edges are trimmed to perfection for easy assembly of the product.

Our colour management system ensures that all of our printers print the correct colour every time.

As part of our colour management system, we have profiled all of our printers and materials to print to the ISO12647 colour standard. We also implement weekly colour checks on all printers to ensure the accuracy of the colours we are printing for our customers.

This makes sure that your colours are printed perfectly - for every order.

Official Signflute™ Printer

Signflute™ corrugated plastic has been specifically developed to match the demands of the new high speed flatbed printers and inks.

The corrugated plastic material needed to improve at the same rate as the printers to ensure maximum adhesion of the ink to the substrate. The older styles of corrugated plastic were found to be unsuitable for these high tech flatbed printers. They did not have the adhesive properties required - so the ink would just crack and fall off them after a short time!

Our exhaustive testing of many brands of corrugated plastic has shown that Signflute™ corrugated plastic - with its smooth surface and very high dyne levels - provides us with the highest quality print results and ink adhesion.
