Cardboard Signs are the perfect option for the environmentally conscious buyer looking for indoor signage. Our Cardboard Signs have a smooth flat surface that is printed in high resolution, full colour on our HP Latex R2000 printer using water based inks that provide glossier prints with great scratch resistance.

The 3mm or 5mm Cardboard material is fluted, giving it great strength while remaining lightweight, and is proudly FSC certified so you can be rest assured that you can be sure that you are making an environmentally sustainable choice.

Shipping prices calculated for this product are based on bubblewrap packaging as well as palletising. Panels larger than 1200mm height or width will need to be palletised to ensure their safe delivery if sent outside of Sydney Metro. For customers in the Sydney Metro area we deliver these larger panels using a same-day, door to door courier service to minimise the possibility of it being damaged.

What is the largest size my Cardboard Sign can be?
The maximum sheet size is 2415mm x 1200mm - however, we can make any size sign you require by supplying multiple sheets.
Can I use my Cardboard Signs outside and are they waterproof?
We recommend our Cardboard Signs to be used indoors as they are not waterproof. They can be used outside in areas where they will not be exposed to water.
How do I order my signs cut to shape?
To get a price for your signage to be cut to shape, enter the maximum height and width in the instant pricing calculator above and select “Custom Contour” in the Cutting dropdown. When creating the artwork, we ask that it is set up with a vectored cutline as per our artwork specifications.
I have multiple designs, are there extra setup fees?
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.

All cardboard waste that is created throughout the printing process at Easy Signs is recycled, and the ink cartridges use cardboard Eco-Cartons rather than the traditional plastic cartridges which reduces plastic by 80% and CO₂e by 66% in ink production and transportation. Plus, this makes the cartridges recyclable too, further reducing waste!

We also utilise the HP Recycling Program where all of our HP Latex printhead consumables are recycled with HP and used to make new printer components.

Easy Signs has installed the first HP Latex R2000 flatbed printer in the Southern Hemisphere.

The R2000 flatbed printer is a 6 colour flatbed printer which provides more vibrant colours and sharper print quality than conventional flatbed printers. Using the latest Latex printing process with water based inks, it provides glossier prints with greater scratch resistance and no UV smell!
