Our Outdoor Custom Stickers are printed on high-quality vinyl materials that are UV weather resistant and are fully waterproof. They are ideal for those who are looking for long-term stickers to be used outdoors.
We offer a wide range of materials to suit every need, and provide an optional laminate over the print for added durability and longevity. The Outdoor Custom Stickers can be cut to almost any shape and are supplied individually.

Yes we can cut the stickers to custom shapes - just enter the maximum height and width in the instant pricing calculator above and select “Custom Contour” in the Cutting dropdown. When creating the artwork, we ask that it is set up with a vectored cutline as per our artwork specifications.
With the exception of the Reflective Vinyls, all materials can be printed up to 1300mm x 3000mm long in one piece and they can be custom cut to shape at this size. When larger sizes are required we can print the graphic in multiple pieces and include a 5mm overlap on each join.
The Reflective Vinyls have a maximum size of 1190mm wide x 3000mm long.

If you don’t know what range of stickers to choose, then we can help! Our Economy range is available for a flat surface application that is required for short term use, and if you are on a tight budget. The Premium range of stickers are available in gloss and matte white or gloss clear and are an excellent option for medium term applications on a flat surface. If you are looking for a sticker for that hard to stick surface (such as a caravan or garbage bin), then look no further than our high tack range of stickers. If you are having issues applying stickers without those unsightly bubbles, then our Bubble Free range (with special air channels in the adhesive) will go on smoother and appear flat after application. For that long term application or if you are applying to a curved surface, then you need to choose our Cast Vinyl range. If you need more information, you can refer to our blog!
As the name suggests, it means that the material does not contain any PVC. It is also free of chlorine, phthalates or other halogens.
Products in this range are more sustainable versions than traditional PVC products. PVC Free material is an effective solution for customers seeking to improve their environmental footprint.
We recommend that you use our Gloss White premium (3 years) vinyl without lamination for bumper stickers.
The cast vinyl stickers are suitable for use on boats – as the cast vinyl is the only type of vinyl that is resistant to salt water. They are also recommended for use on vehicles where the stickers will be applied over non-flat surfaces. For these applications we strongly recommend that you order the stickers with the Gloss Avery Cast Lamination.
The lamination is a clear vinyl applied over the top of the vinyl stickers. It provides the digital print with protection from abrasion and chemicals and can also provide extra UV protection for the print. It is recommended for stickers which could be subjected to mechanical damage – or for vehicle signage (other than bumper stickers)
Our Engineer Grade materials comply with the ATSM D 4956 standards. Our Brilliant Grade Premium Prismatic materials meet the AS/NZS 1960.1 standards when laminated using our Brilliant Grade Reflective laminate. Please note that a requirement of this standard is to have the material code as a small watermark on the product. This can be printed over but will still be visible. We recommend that you independently check your local government restrictions to ensure that any reflective product fits any road or work use requirements.
Our Engineer Grade materials do not have any tool lines. Our Premium Prismatic materials do have small tool lines that are a characteristic of the material and cannot be removed. They are small light lines caused by the prismatic technology used to create the material and should be no more than 1mm thick. They will not impact the performance of the product nor be noticeable from a distance. It is important to note that all prismatic materials will have these lines.
Due to the nature of the vinyl material and the heat produced during our Latex printing process, the final sticker size can vary up to 1% larger from what is ordered.
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
