Our waterproof Signflute™ A-Frames are a wallet friendly A-Frame option that are great for indoor and outdoor use. We print on both faces in full digital colour and install velcro straps on the base to make assembly a breeze! The Signflute™ A-Frames are lightweight and easy to transport as they fold down when not in use, and have an optional handle cut out to make carrying them even easier!

We cut tabs and slots into the base of the A-Frame so you can easily join the sides together in seconds! We also add velcro straps to help secure the base.
It all depends on UV Exposure. However our new generation Signflute™ corrugated plastic and advanced printing technology provides a longer life expectancy than other lower grade corrugated plastic materials on the market. If the signs are always outdoors and exposed to UV, the life expectancy has increased from around 12 months to over 15 months. If they are indoors they will last for years!
Yes you can! Signflute™ is waterproof and UV weather resistant so it can be used outdoors however, the Signflute™ A-Frames are quite lightweight and will likely blow over in windy conditions. We recommend using a weight such as a waterbag or sandbag with the flat-based A-Frame for stability if they are being used outdoors.
Yes you can have a different design on each side of the A-Frame. There is no extra charge for this.
There is no extra charge for printing different artwork on each side of the A-Frame. However if you are ordering more than one A-Frame and have different artworks for each A-Frame you will still get the lower bulk price, but there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each A-Frame with an additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of A-Frames required into the pricing calculator above and then, when asked for the “number of designs”, enter the number of A-Frames that have a different design. The pricing calculator will then work out an accurate price for you.
Easy Signs has installed the first HP Latex R2000 flatbed printer in the Southern Hemisphere.
The R2000 flatbed printer is a 6 colour flatbed printer which provides more vibrant colours and sharper print quality than conventional flatbed printers. Using the latest Latex printing process with water based inks, it provides glossier prints with greater scratch resistance and no UV smell!

Signflute™ corrugated plastic has been specifically developed to match the demands of the new high speed flatbed printers and inks.
The corrugated plastic material needed to improve at the same rate as the printers to ensure maximum adhesion of the ink to the substrate. The older styles of corrugated plastic were found to be unsuitable for these high tech flatbed printers. They did not have the adhesive properties required - so the ink would just crack and fall off them after a short time!
Our exhaustive testing of many brands of corrugated plastic has shown that Signflute™ corrugated plastic - with its smooth surface and very high dyne levels - provides us with the highest quality print results and ink adhesion.
Our colour management system ensures that all of our printers print the correct colour every time.
As part of our colour management system, we have profiled all of our printers and materials to print to the ISO12647 colour standard. We also implement weekly colour checks on all printers to ensure the accuracy of the colours we are printing for our customers.
This makes sure that your colours are printed perfectly - for every order.
